Capricorn 2011 follows last year's successful one-day open-fell score format on Pendle Hill.
The Hollingworth Lake and Blackstone Edge area, which joins on to Rishworth Moor is, as last year, characterised by steep valleys and challenging moorland with a rough but runnable path and track network.

Event description:
2 hour and 3 hour Score Orienteering courses event over challenging moorland surrounding Hollingworth Lake.
Courses designed for maximum use of paths and tracks to give good runnability.
Pin punching to be used due to vulnerability of controls.

Courses: 3 hour or 2 hour Score, with late return penalties. Courses close at 15:30
