Wycoller Country Park

There is a Permanent Orienteering Course at Wycoller.

The country park encompasses a superb variety of terrain. To the north of the area is the historic village of Wycoller complete with Bronte ruins and old workings nearby.

Part of the park is a working farm set in a valley draining the adjacent Boulsworth Hill. In the valley and on the undulating flanks there are both deciduous woodland and coniferous plantation, rough grassy moorland and an abundance of boulders and rocky outcrops.

Running is fast in the open, but be careful in the technical bits!
