| This map is not accurate, there are many paths and huge tracks in existance which are not on the map, especially since the development of the wind farm. On Cowpe Lowe summit and Whittle Pike I have added a few very useful but missing paths (in a solid green line). There is also one very useful vehicle track which I have added (in a solid red line). |
| Should be a very good training aid but it isn't a replacement for carrying a paper map if unfamiliar with the area. |
| This can be a very exposed moorland, thick hill fog is commonplace most days. Be prepared and tell somebody your route. |
