If a PFO orienteering event has to be cancelled then the following will apply.
This policy applies to all events organised by Pendle Forest Orienteers where entries were made through the SI-Entries system.
If the event is cancelled, all entrants will be offered the following options:
- Transfer their entry to a re-scheduled date
- Receive a voucher to the value of their entry fee for use at a future PFO event. (This voucher would be valid for at least one year from the original event date)
- Receive a refund (less SI Entries admin fees)
Participants will be informed of the cancellation via email through the SI-Entries system and given instructions informing them of the options that are available to them.
At the time of cancellation a firm date may not be available for the re-scheduled event, that will be communicated to entrants as and when it is confirmed.
