The courses below are available via the MapRun app for Android and iPhone — your phone beeps and vibrates when you reach each control site. No physical posts on the ground, no entry fee, run any time the venue is open. You can even use Maprun on some Garmin watches so you don’t even need to carry your phone around with you !

Any course with “Start Anywhere” in the name lets you begin at any control rather than a fixed start point — useful if you’d like to start and finish near where you’ve parked.
