The end of a brilliant weekend away for the PFO crew who travelled to the CompassSport Cup Final in Cleveland.
Our base for the weekend was the Watson Scout Centre close by, which gave us the chance to make the most of the trip as a team.
It was brilliant to have every PFO member stay on the site and have a ball. Genuinely a club where everybody is a friend, proof of which came when, out of the three large communal living areas, two never got used. We all stuck to just one to enjoy each other’s company.
Was it accidental that it was booked to be opposite a pub?
A weekend of laughs, parties, orienteering, Parkruns (which came with its own story), quizzes, birthday celebrations, and making memories as a club.
